Program Description & Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from CCNNY, LLC. We use text messaging exclusively for the following transactional and informational purposes regarding your computer services:
- Providing status updates on your ongoing computer or device repair.
- Asking clarifying questions regarding your repair order or diagnostic results.
- Notifying you when your repair is complete and ready for pickup.
- Sending a follow-up request to review your experience on our Google Business Profile after your service is completed.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the status of your repair. Typically, you can expect between 2 to 5 messages per repair order.
Rates, Help, and Opt-Out
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
- To Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- To Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at support@ccnny.us or calling us at 315-788-8830.
Privacy Policy (SMS Data Protection)
CCNNY, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
- Information Collection: We only collect your mobile number when you manually provide it to us during your repair intake and check-in process.
- No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Security: Your data is securely stored within our internal shop management systems and is only accessed by authorized staff strictly to facilitate your repair service.
